Elif is an Innovative Startup that designs and develops complex IT infrastructures and systems in the fields of Artificial Intelligence (Machine Learning and Deep Learning), Business Intelligence, Digital Communities and the Internet of Things (IoT).

It is a company of the PHarmaService group that was born 35 years ago and is today a leader in the software and services market for pharmacies and parapharmacies with 30+ MEur revenues. Elif was created to carry out challenging technological development programs, relying both on the experience of a professional team, grown and consolidated over the years by working together in challenging environments, and on the industrial solidity of PHS.

Elif's team is made up of expert professionals with complementary and synergistic skills, ranging from Agile development to Data Science, from Project Management to Change Management, which allow them to face every challenge in any type of technological and business context.

All its members have strong experience in the implementation of complex projects, with high safety and continuity of service requirements, including international ones, both in the industrial and research fields in partnership with public and private entities, in a wide variety of competitive vertical sectors.

The Development Programs

Elif is imagining and designing an "augmented world" in which information technology improves, enriches and simplifies people's lives.

To achieve its worldview, Elif is designing and building tools and products which allow it to analyze and understand reality, facilitate digital transformation and create digital communities.

This is why it is working on two articulated development programs, called MATIQ and SMARTIVE.

MATIQ

In this age of pervasive technology and deep interconnectedness, the amount of data generated daily is enormous. It is possible to extract from this data information of relevant value for the business, but often technical and organizational difficulties prevent or restrict an effective exploitation of this potential value.

Elif is developing an IT platform designed to maximize the exploitation of this value, by allowing to collect, process and display in an organic and centralized manner all the information that is relevant for the business, regardless of the origin and heterogeneity of the source data.

The platform provides:

a data processing pipeline, which includes all the Data Integration tools needed in order to acquire data from heterogeneous sources, process them and save them as needed;
tools for processing the acquired data that allow the extraction of all the relevant information for the business, through analysis carried out using artificial intelligence (AI) and Business Intelligence (BI) techniques.

The first implementation objective of this program is a project that will develop a sales data analysis system which integrates a recommendation engine (based on Machine Learning techniques) to support marketing and sales operations.

SMARTIVE

Elif is developing an ecosystem of applications, tools and services designed to simplify communication, collaboration and coordination between people who interact with each other both in business (B2B, B2C) and personal (C2C) scenarios.

The key points of the program are:

the definition of a collaborative, sophisticated and innovative model, applicable to heterogeneous contexts;
an open architecture that allows interoperability with external IT systems through custom integrations;
the development of simple and immediate tools which will enable the improvement of the user experience and help tearing down the barriers to the use of digital tools.

The first implementation goal of the program is the design of an App that allows to strengthen the relationships between all the players involved in business processes (i.e. companies, customers, suppliers, partners) by offering them a single and safe channel for communicating and interacting.

The program as a whole aims to encourage the creation of inclusive and participatory digital communities in which users can be active and informed actors.

Collaborations

Elif has ambitious plans for its future and is looking for partners with skills complementary to its own, which share its vision and objectives, to pursue innovative and wide-ranging projects together.
